Returns and Exchanges for items purchased on sensibleshoe.com
sensibleshoe.com accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that has not been work, altered or washed, and with all original tags attached.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a refusal of your return/exchange. Returns must be received within thirty (30) days of receipt.
All sale items are final
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- sensibleshoe.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the thirty (30) day return period.
- Contact Customer Service at sales@sensibleshoe.com for availability of desired exchange item(s).
- Returns on special orders and sale items are not accepted.
- Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier as SensibleShoe.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from sensibleshoe.com)

- Refunds allowed within 1 week of purchase on new, unworn, originally packaged items purchased at full retail price.
- Exchange or store credit allowed for non clearance items purchased within 2 weeks
- All clearance items are final sale
- All returned merchandise must be unworn, capable or being resold, in original box, with sales receipt
- No layaway
- $20 deposit required on all special orders
- $20 minimum credit/debit card purchase
- No personal checks accepted
